Places of Worship

Swansea and its surrounds have a rich diversity of faith communities including seven world religions: Baha’i, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Sikh. There are also several places of worship which have an open-door policy for new members.

Swansea Mosque is the largest mosque in Wales, serving almost a 10,000 Muslim congregation in South and West Wales. Located in the heart of Swansea, it contributes to the very warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere of the city.

Port Talbot Mosque also has an open-door policy and encourages people to visit regularly.
